This research reports on an investigation of the variables that may be predictive of intentions to leave a job, and tests a model that includes mediating variables. Ths reseach use 100 employees of PT. DANLIRIS to completed questionnaire measuring commitment to the organization for which they worked, job satisfaction, stress, supervisor support, self-esteem, the perceived stressors in the job and their intention to quit. Structural Equation Modelling was used to test hypotesis in the model. Result of this research suggested that supervisors support can reduce impact of job stressors on stress and intention to quit.
